Konya Ticaret Odası Karatay Üniversitesi ile imzalanan lisans ve ön lisans protokolü Soma Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası üyeleri ile üyelerin birinci derece yakınlarının (anne, baba ve çocuklar) Konya Ticaret Odası Karatay Üniversitesi Lisans, ön lisans eğitim öğretim ve sınav yönetmeliği çerçevesinde lisans ve ön lisans programlarında uygulanacak ücret indirimi ve ödeme şartlarını belirliyor.
Protokolün maddeleri ise şu şekilde:
1 – Soma Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası üyelerinden veya üyelerin birinci derece yakınlarından Konya Ticaret Odası Karatay Üniversitesi Lisans veya Ön lisans programlarına kayıt hakkı elde edecek öğrencilerin kayıt yaptırmaları halinde öğrenim ücretinden yüzde 5 oranında destek bursu sağlanacak ve 8 eşit taksitte ödeme imkanı tanınacak.
2 – Söz konusu destek bursu ve taksite ilişkin düzenlemelerin uygulanabilmesi için öğrencilerin Konya Ticaret Odası Karatay Üniversitesi lisans ve ön lisans programlarına kayıt hakkı elde etmiş olmaları gerekir.
3 – Ticaret Odası üyeleri destek bursu, üyelerin kayıtlı olduğu Oda’dan güncel tarihli yetki belgesi aslını getirmesi ve bu yetki belgesinin öğrenim hayatı boyunca her akademik yılbaşında yenilenmesi şartı ile sağlanır. Birinci derece yakını ise ilgili Nüfus Müdürlüğünden aldığı vukuatlı nüfus kaydı belgesinin aslını ibraz eder.
4 – Üniversiteye kayıt yaptıracak öğrencilerden birden fazla öğretim ücretinden muafiyet ya da indirim sağlayan burs kazanması halinde en yüksek olan burs geçerlidir.
5 – Protokol çerçevesinde Soma Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası üyelerine ve üyelerin birinci derece yakınlarına sağlanan imkanlar, kayıt hakkı elde edenlerin lisans ve ön lisans program ücreti ve ücretin taksitlendirilmesine ilişkindir. Başvuran kişilerin programa kabulü vb. konularda Konya Ticaret Odası Karatay Üniversitesi lisans ön lisans Eğitim Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği ile üniversitenin ilgili birimlerinin kararları ve ilgili mevzuat hükümleri uygulanır.
